Affiliate Rules

1. You may refer as many people as you can to ImLive. We have the best convert rate in the industry, so keep track of your referrals with ImLive's accurate online statistics to see how much money you're making.
2. For every paying user you refer to ImLive, you will receive $32-$100 per sign-up, according to the following scale:

July 24 - August 31, get $150 for EVERY ImLive sign-up!

3. For referrals to ImLive through the Rev Share program, you earn 20% lifetime commission (paid in US dollars) on the number of ImLive Credits purchased by sign-ups you refer.

4. You will get paid between the 1st and 4th day of each payment period for the previous payment period earnings.
5. For every free verified user you refer to ImLive, you will receive $1
6. If you refer more than 250 free verified users per payment period, you will receive $1.25 stating with the 251st free verified user for that same payment period. You will get paid between the 1st and 4th day of each payment period for the previous payment period earnings.
7. For every user you refer to ImLive.com through the paying user program who doesn't purchase ImLive Credit but does join another language version of ImLive and purchases credit there, you will receive $22. Please note that sign-ups calculated through the Languages Follow-Me Program will not be included in your statistics as Member Program sign-ups. Thus, Languages Follow-Me Program sign-ups will have no effect on your pay period payment scale for ImLive.com paying members.
8. If you choose to use ImLive's banners or the ImLive site name, you do not have any rights to keep or alter the banners or alter the site name.
9. Do not use email to promote the site. Do not send traffic to us from any illegal sites. If you do, your Affiliation will immediately be terminated, with no prior notice.
10. ImLive has the right to terminate the Affiliate program at any time, with no prior notice to Affiliates. In the case that the Affiliate program is cancelled, you will be paid all of the money due to you.
11. If you do not send at least one paying member to ImLive every two weeks, ImLive reserves the right to suspend your affiliation.
12. You may have no more than one Affiliate account.
13. For referrals to ImLive.com Affiliate Program: Between 0 - 100 referred Sign-Up, in one pay-period, that were referred by a webmaster you referred to ImLive.com Affiliate Program: US $2 for every referred Sign-Up referred by your referred webmaster; Over 100 referred Sign-Ups, in one pay-period, which were referred by a webmaster You referred to ImLive.com Affiliate Program: US $3 for every referred Sign-Up(beginning from the 101^st), referred by your referred webmaster. Please note that the ImLive.com Webmaster Referral Program pays only for traffic brought by webmasters you refer to ImLive.com, and is not a second or third generation referral program.
