Rules and regulations

1. Multiple accounts - in the case that a webmaster has multiple accounts, ImLive reserves the right to compare the accumulated number of paying sign-ups that the webmaster sent through all of his accounts in order to set his sign-up target and determine the webmaster's eligibility to earn the special bonus of the October 2006 promotion.

2. Maximum payout - for a sign-up target of less than 20 sign-ups, webmasters are eligible to receive a bonus payment of $125 on no more than 50 sign-ups. For a sign-up target of 20 or more sign-ups, webmasters are eligible to receive a bonus payment of $125 on no more than 200 sign-ups. Thus, the maximum bonus payment any webmaster may receive is $25,000.
