Rules and
regulations
- Eligibility for Payouts -
ImLive.com Sign-ups -
- On the per sign-up program of ImLive.com for ImLive.com signups, Webmasters are eligible to receive up to $225 per sign-up for every sign-up above and beyond their target.
- Passing the target entitles you to a payout of $225 per sign-up for each sign-up above and beyond your target.
- Webmasters that don't reach their target, will be rewarded $100 for every sign-up.
- Webmaster needs to send a minimum of 2 sign-ups to be eligible for the $225 payout, i.e. you receive $225 only from the 3rd sign-up.
- The campaign "Sign-ups sent" count might include null signups which will not be considered towards your campaign target. Null signups will be removed from your "Sign-ups sent" count on a daily basis where applicable.
- Webmasters that are ineligible to participate in affiliate promotions will receive their regular payment for every ImLive sign-up, and not the special promotion payment.
General
- ImLive has the sole discretion to change the dates, the payment and rules of this campaign at any time even without cause including but not limited to disqualify Webmasters from this campaign due to fraudulent activity, or any violation of the ImLive acceptable usage policy and you agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation in such cases.
- ImLive reserves the right to revoke any bonuses in the event of a system error and/or illegitimate actions.
- Chat traffic is not eligible to the campaign bonus payout of $225 per signup.
- Traffic generated by promoting the site brand names (such as ImLive, Im Live, iamlive, I am live) and misspellings thereof, through Pay Per Click search campaigns, for instance in Google, Bing and Yahoo - is not eligible for the campaign bonus payout of $225 per sign-up. This includes keywords appearing in ad text, and keywords used as a 'trigger' to display the affiliate ads.
- The campaign runs from April 1st 2012 (00:00 EST) to April 30th, 2012 (23:59 EST).
- The target is monthly. The target you get for April 2012 will be based on March 2012 performance. The target payout is awarded monthly.
- Multiple Accounts - in the case that a webmaster has multiple accounts, ImLive reserves the right to compare the accumulated number of paying sign-ups that the webmaster sent through all of his accounts in recent past pay periods to determine the webmaster's sign-up target and eligibility to earn the special payment of the April 2012 promotion.
