October $175 Treats for sign-ups

October was all about Halloween treats with $175 payouts for sign-ups above and beyond your target. To make the deal even sweeter, Webmasters who received a target in September received the EXACT same target in October- NO INCREASE, JUST OPPORTUNITY TO EARN LOTS OF MONEY. Webmasters made money no matter what and earned minimum $100 paid for EVERY sign-up sent up to and including their target.

This promotion was open to everyone, veterans and new affiliate Webmasters alike. If you had never promoted ImLive or were new to ImLive, you also received a target any webmaster could hit.

Rules and regulations

Eligibility for Payouts -
1. On the per sign-up program of ImLive.com, Webmasters are eligible to receive $175 per sign-up for every sign-up above and beyond their set target in October. Webmasters that don't reach their target, will be rewarded $100 for every sign-up.
2. New Webmasters (i.e. joined as affiliates in October 2009) and/or Webmasters that did not send any sign ups from September 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009 will be limited to 100 sign-ups at the $175 payment rate. For any sign-ups over 100, they will receive payment based on the special $100 per sign-up
3. Webmasters who received the default target of one in the August and September campaigns will have an October campaign target based on their September achievements.
4. For any sign-ups over 100 they will receive payment based on the special $50-100 payment scale.
5. ImLive has the sole discretion to set the 100 sign up limitation on any Webmaster and/or any other limitation including but not limited to disqualify Webmasters from this campaign.
6. Webmasters that are ineligible to participate in affiliate ImLive promotions will receive regular payouts for every ImLive sign-up, and not the special promotion payment.
The campaign runs from October 1st, 2009 (00:00 EST) to October 31st, 2009 (23:59 EST).

Multiple Accounts - in the case that a webmaster has multiple accounts, ImLive reserves the right to compare the accumulated number of paying sign-ups that the webmaster sent through all of his accounts in recent past pay periods to determine the webmaster's sign-up target and eligibility to earn the special payment of the October 2009 promotion.
