Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility for Payouts -

Imlive.com Sign-ups -

A. The campaign runs from December 1st 2015 (00:00 EST) to June 30th, 2016 (23:59 EST). (" campaign period")

B. On the per sign-up program of Affiliate.ImLive.com for ImLive.com sign-ups, Webmasters who meet their target (as defined in section C below) will be eligible to receive a single payout of $250 per each legitimate unique paid via web, tablet and/or mobile device sign-up, brought to ImLive.com during each Pay Period, over and above their Pay Period target. Pay Period target is defined as follows:

C. Target calculation is based on the average number of the total legitimate unique paid sign ups, brought to ImLive.com during the September 16-30, October 1-15, October 16-31 and November 1-15, 2015 Pay Periods.

Specific Webmaster target calculation :

(1) The Target calculation for Webmasters whose previous target calculation was set at two (2) legitimate unique paid signups per pay period, will be calculated according to average legitimate unique paid signups brought during the December 1-15, December 16-31 and January 1-15 pay periods.

(2) Webmasters who brought no legitimate unique paid sign ups since April 1st 2015, will be eligible to receive a single payout of $250 per each legitimate unique paid sign-up over and above their target, with the minimum target being set at two (2) legitimate unique paid sign ups per Pay Period.

D. Webmasters who have not reached their Pay Period target, will be eligible to receive a single payout per each legitimate unique paid sign-up brought to ImLive.com, during the campaign period, as follows:

I. $150 for the first five (5) legitimate unique paid sign-ups brought to ImLive.com during each Pay Period of the campaign period;

II. $200 for the sixth (6) through twentieth (20) legitimate unique paid sign-ups brought to ImLive.com during each Pay Period of the campaign period;

III. $225 for the twenty-first (21) through fortieth (40) legitimate unique paid sign-ups brought to ImLive.com during each Pay Period of the campaign period

IV. $250 for the forty-first (41) and above legitimate unique paid sign-ups ups brought to ImLive.com during each Pay Period of the campaign period.

E. Legitimate unique paid signup calculation for bonus eligibility is determined per each Pay Period, during the campaign period, and may not be transferred from one Pay Period to the next.

F. Legitimate unique paid signups are defined at the sole discretion of Affiliate.ImLive.com.

G. In this campaign sign-ups sent count may include null signups, but they will not be considered towards the campaign target. Null signups will be removed from your sign-ups sent count on a daily basis where applicable.

H. Webmasters that are ineligible to participate in affiliate promotions, will receive their regular payment for every sign-up, and will not be eligible to receive and/or participate in this special promotion payment.

General terms

IX. Affiliate.ImLive.com has the sole discretion to change and/or amend the definitions of this campaign at any time, including but not limited to disqualify Webmasters from this campaign due to fraudulent activity, or any violation of the Affiliate.ImLive.com acceptable usage policy and/or Affiliate.ImLive.com Terms of Use, and you agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation in such cases.

X. Affiliate.ImLive.com reserves the right to revoke any bonuses in the event of a system error and/or illegitimate actions

XI. Chat traffic is not eligible to the campaign bonus payouts.

XII. These Rules and Regulations (Version: June 01, 2016) replace any previous version.

XIII. Traffic generated by promoting the site brand names (such as ImLive, Im Live, iamlive, I am live, etc.) and misspellings thereof, through Pay Per Click search campaigns, for instance in Google, Bing and Yahoo - is not eligible for the campaign bonus payouts. This includes keywords appearing in ad text, and keywords used as a 'trigger' to display the affiliate ads.

XIV. Multiple Accounts - in the case that a webmaster has multiple accounts, Pussycash reserves the right to compare the accumulated number of paying sign-ups that the webmaster sent through all of his accounts in recent past pay periods to determine the webmaster's sign-up target and eligibility to earn the special payments offered during the campaign period.
