- Eligibility for Payouts -
ImLive.com Sign-ups -
- On the per sign-up program of ImLive.com for ImLive.com signups, Webmasters are eligible to receive up to $238 per sign-up for every sign-up above and beyond their target.
- Passing the target entitles you to a payout of $238 per sign-up.
- Webmasters that don't reach their target, will be rewarded $100 for every sign-up.
- Webmaster needs to send a minimum of 3 sign-ups to be eligible for the $238 payout, i.e. you receive $238 only from the 4th sign-up.
- Webmasters that are ineligible to participate in affiliate promotions will receive their regular payment for every ImLive sign-up, and not the special promotion payment.
General
- ImLive has the sole discretion to change the dates, the payment and rules of this campaign at any time even without cause including but not limited to disqualify Webmasters from this campaign due to fraud activity.
- ImLive may change the payment to any affiliate even without cause at any given time during the campaign.
- Chat traffic is not eligible to the campaign bonus payout of $238 per signup.
- Traffic generated by promoting the site brand names (such as ImLive, Im Live, iamlive, I am live) and misspellings thereof, through Pay Per Click search campaigns, for instance in Google, Bing and Yahoo - is not eligible for the campaign bonus payout of $238 per sign-up. This includes keywords appearing in ad text, and keywords used as a 'trigger' to display the affiliate ads.
- The campaign runs from January 1st 2012 (00:00 EDT) to January 31st, 2012 (23:59 EDT).
- The target is monthly. The target you get for January 2012 will be based on December 2011 performance.
- Multiple Accounts - in the case that a webmaster has multiple accounts, ImLive reserves the right to compare the accumulated number of paying sign-ups that the webmaster sent through all of his accounts in recent past pay periods to determine the webmaster's sign-up target and eligibility to earn the special payment of the January 2012 promotion.
